Delete your account
In Settings you can delete your own account at any time; this removes your profile and ends every session immediately.
Delete a workspace
Workspace owners can request deletion of a whole workspace and everything in it: conversations, contacts, bookings and orders. Write to the support address from the owner's email and we complete the deletion within 30 days.
Deletion requests from Meta, Google and Microsoft
If you remove Dueto's access from your Facebook, Instagram, Google or Microsoft account, we receive the deauthorization and delete the data obtained through that channel. You can also request this directly at the support address.
What remains
Invoices and audit records we are legally required to keep are retained for the statutory period, then deleted.
