The service
Dueto provides an AI assistant that answers your business's customers on the messaging channels you connect, plus the dashboard around it. You need a valid account and a subscription or trial to use it.
Your responsibilities
You connect only channels you own, send marketing messages only to customers who opted in, and follow each platform's own rules (Meta, Telegram, Google, Microsoft). You are responsible for the business information you give the AI.
Acceptable use
No spam, no deception about talking to an AI, no illegal content, and no attempt to breach other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Message fees charged by Meta are separate and billed by Meta.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. The AI drafts replies from the information you provide; you remain responsible for your business's commitments to its customers.
