What we collect
We collect the account details you give us (name, email), the business information you add to your workspace, and the messages that flow through the channels you connect, so your AI agent can answer them. We never sell personal data.
How we use it
Your data is used to run the service: answering your customers, booking appointments, taking orders and showing you analytics. AI providers process conversation content only to generate replies and are configured so your data is not used to train their models.
Who can see it
Only the members of your workspace, according to the roles you give them. Our staff access workspace data only for support, with your permission, and every such access is logged.
Where it lives and how it is protected
Data is stored encrypted at rest. Channel credentials and tokens are additionally encrypted, and all traffic uses TLS. We keep audit logs of sensitive actions.
Your rights
You can export your workspace data and request deletion of your account or your customers' data at any time. See the data deletion page for how.
